    Media Day 2013 – Mia at the range by Mia Anstine Brutal. That is how I would describe Media Day yesterday. Range day was, as always, run professionally and the suppliers were great.     Recoil – Reducing shooting flinch by Mia Anstine In sighting in my Little Gal's rifle for her elk hunt I noticed she had developed a flinch. She was anticipating the recoil when shooting her rifle. It was significantly decreasing her shooting accuracy. One thing that I notice on every firing line, video, television show and movie is where the shooters trigger finger is. Keep your finger out of the trigger guard until you are ready to shoot. Before you shoot, please refresh yourself with the safety rules and/or take a firearms safety course: It is early on in the way of summer time, but I know eventually we will hear "I'm bored."     The difference between a Clip and a Magazine by Mia Anstine Over the years it has become a pet peeve of mine. It is the use of the term "clip" and "magazine".
